Nothing beats a hand drawn sketch for speed. Combining location photos, digtial archives and photoshop can give you an accurate sketch (as with the Jeep Commercial) in a minimum amount of time.
For a more formal presentation a digital rendering can give you even greater accuracy without sacrificing aesthetics. You can embed the actual graphics, photos of the actual talent, and use the actual lighting instruments in the sketch. More importantly if you need to change the position of the flower vase that's just a "click" away.
